Rate of Scholarship

    • Higher Secondary (XI & XII) : Students will get Rs. 12,000/- Annually

    • UG (Arts & Commerce) : Students will get Rs. 12,000/- Annually

    • UG (Science & Professional Courses) : Students will get Rs. 18,000/- Annually

    • PG (Arts & Commerce) : Students will get Rs. 24,000/- Annually
    • PG (Science & Professional Courses) : Students will get Rs. 30,000/- Annually
    • UG (Engineering / Medical/ Honours) : Students will get Rs. 60,000/- Annually

Eligibility

High School

    • Applicant must be a domicile of West BengalMust be studying in a School/ Institution recognized by an educational Board/ Council/ University of the State/ Central Government.
    • The minimum qualifying marks will be 75% in aggregate, in Madhyamik Pariksha
    • the total marks obtained in the Madhyamik Parkisha excluding pass marks in the additional subject
    • The annual family income should not exceed Rs.2 lakh.

Diploma – level:-

    • Students who are enrolled for the first-year Diploma (Polytechnic) course after passing out in Madhyamik examination 2019 or after passing out in VOCLET Exam, and took admission on 2nd-year Diploma(Polytechnic) courses on lateral entry basis, will be eligible to apply
NOTE :-
    • Students,studying in secondary education outside West Bengal
will not be eligible
    • for pre-matric or post-matric scholarship.

Postgraduate Students:-

    • Candidates should be graduates securing at least 53% marks in the Honours subject at the graduation level. The marks obtained in Honours subject will be the only deciding criterion academically for award of the PG-level scholarships.

Undergraduate Students:-

  • The minimum qualifying marks for being considered for award of scholarships will be 75% in aggregate, in the H.S. Examination conducted by the W.B. Council of H.S. Education/Madrasha Siksha Parishad. For the UG (Arts), UG (Commerce), UG (Science) separate merit lists will be prepared.

Disbursement of Scholarship

  • Directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiary
  • Student Must attach Aadhaar with the bank account as well as application form

  • Self-attested previous academic marks sheet
  • Copy of Adhar Card/Adhar enrollment
  • Last Qualifying Exam Mark Sheet
  • A valid mobile number
  • An e-mail ID
  • Parent’s Income Certificate
  • Category Certificate
  • Scholarship canceled if any documents is wrong
  • Proof of Bank passbook
  • Photograph of student
  • Receipt of the fee of the institution of that year
